    Solar Travel is the trading name of Andrea Brampton. This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you provide to Solar Travel when you use our website or purchase a product or service from us. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any personal information you provide when using our products or services will only be used in accordance with this policy. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st August 2020.

The third party suppliers that we work with may also use cookies for similar purposes. We carefully review each supplier to ensure they handle data in line with our requirements. If you disable cookies you will not be able to use our apps and you may not be able to take full advantage of our websites. Our website uses Google Analytics for tracking visitors. Your IP address is stored for troubleshooting purposes by our web hosting provider, but this is not used to analyse your behaviour on our website.
  • When do we disclose your information to other people?
    We may disclose your information to third party suppliers that we work with to provide our products and services. We carefully review each supplier to ensure they handle data in line with this policy. We may also disclose your information where we are required to do so by law. When we book your holiday in our shop, we will transfer your personally identifiable information to the provider of your chosen purchase. Your information is not transferred to any other third party for any other purpose. When we purchase a holiday or travel for you at your request, we will transfer any information you give us for the sole purposes of purchasing your holiday for you. Your data may be transferred to organisations beyond the EEA by our travel providers when you place a booking with them. Please let us know if you would like to see the privacy policy of your chosen travel provider.   • What do we collect?
    We will store details of any purchase you make to us and may transfer it to third parties who need to be contacted to facilitate your travel or holiday. We may transfer to these third parties any information which you supply to us. We will never transfer your information to an unrelated third party and we will never sell or transfer your details for marketing purposes.
  • Storing your personal data
    We store the data we collect on secure servers in data centres located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA). Any data we store is only accessible directly by a small number of authorised staff. We may use third party suppliers to provide services such as payment card processing. These parties may store your data in locations outside of the EEA. We carefully review each supplier to ensure they handle data in line with our requirements. For our mutual protection we will store your information for up to seven years at which time it will be deleted. You can request that your information is removed from our systems at any time and we will make reasonable endeavours to ensure that this is done.
